Loyalty Rewards Programme
The loyalty rewards programme (LRP) allows retail customers to earn loyalty rewards, which can be used to offset future purchased on our website. It is only extended to retail customers' orders and not applicable to preferred members' orders. For more information, please read here.
Subscription Policy
By subscribing to our products, you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite time until cancelled by you. You can opt to cancel your subscription at anytime. You will not be charged for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription with us, you must cancel 7 days before your next payment is due to be collected, in order to avoid receiving the upcoming subscription box. Customers cancelling after their payment has been charged will receive the upcoming box as their last box.
Discount Code Policy
All discount promo code must be entered into the [Discount Code] field prior to order payment. Offer is subjected to limited redemptions and is not valid with other discounts. If promo code is not entered at time of purchase, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discount may not be claimed after payment is completed and order is confirmed.
Complimentary Gifts Policy
Complimentary gift images are for illustration purposes and may not be an exact representation of the complimentary gift issued. Complimentary gift may be changed depending on availability.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to hygiene and consumable nature of Naked Blend products, we do not accept returns or refunds once package has been dispatched to you. In the event that we deliver the wrong product to you, please get in touch within 1 working day (upon receipt of parcel) and we will arrange for a one-to-one exchange of product.
Shipping Policy
We ship to Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States of America (USA).
Orders are packed and shipped out within 2 working days. For local delivery, you can expect to receive your parcel within 2-3 working days after it has been picked up from us.
Courier companies do not provide an exact delivery date and time, as it is subjected to their daily parcel volume, manpower and local weather/ traffic condition.

Change of Shipping Address
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, kindly email hello@nakedblend.co within 2 hours of placing your order. Please indicate 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' as the email subject and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.
Tax Policy
You (customer) will pay any fees related to your purchase from Naked Blend of any products, including, but not limited to Taxes and Duties.
